My Review
Heart's Tug is about Pat a young woman whose older stepsister goes to jail and because she feels indebted to her for raising her as a child, she decides to take in her stepsister's teen daughter, Rantida. When she goes to pick up Rantida from her grandmother's house, she sees her being kicked out of her home for becoming pregnant.
Pat being a kind and responsible person wants to give Rantida a second chance at a new life and decides to bring up the child as her own, so that Rantida can start anew. Five years later, Rantida is grown up and is working at the Peera Rancho Resort. While Pat is working at a different company as a organizer while taking care of Atom. There is a lot of gossip floating around about how Pat was abandoned by her husband but she doesn't mind one bit. Pat is happy to take care of Atom but sadly, Rantida wants nothing to do with Atom.

Stacking the Shelves #14

Stacking The Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews and is all about sharing the books you’re adding to your shelves be it in virtual form or physical. You can include books you’ve won, bought, borrowed from the library or review books.
Hi, everyone! I haven't posted much but hopefully I can get into the motion of things! I only have a short holiday, since I start school again on January which is sooner than expected but that's college for you.  I haven't been physically reading much but I have recently gotten into audiobooks. I wasn't really an audiobook person but after finishing up The Diabolic by S.J. Jones, I needed more.
Now on to the books I've received.....

Grimm's Complete Fairy Tales by Jacob Grimm, Wilhelm Grimm The Rift Uprising by Amy S. Foster Crooked Kingdom (Six of Crows #2) by Leigh Bardugo
I didn't post any stacking the shelves for the past month or two, so these books are from those past months that I missed. I received Grimm's Complete F…

ABOUT THE RIFT UPRISING
Normal seventeen-year-old girls go to high school, binge watch TV shows all weekend, and flirt with everyone on the face of the Earth. But Ryn Whitaker is trying to save it.

Ryn is a Citadel. A soldier. A liar. Ryn and her fellow Citadels were specially chosen and trained to guard a Rift—one of fourteen unpredictable tears in the fabric of the universe that serve as doorways to alternate Earths. Unbeknownst to her family, Ryn leaves for school each day and then reports for duty as an elite, cybernetically-altered soldier who can run faster, jump farther, and fight better than a Navy SEAL—which comes in handy when she’s not sure if axe-wielding Vikings or any number of other terrified and often dangerous beings come through the Rift. A fine-tuned weapon, Ryn is a picture-perfect Citadel. But that’s all about to change.

When a young m…

I know I haven't posted much even though I'm back on the blog but I just started school and decided opening an Etsy would be the greatest idea ever. *sarcasm* Seriously? There's a ton of shi*** you have to do (sorry for the curse but it was necessary). I know it's called doing research and making sure you know what you're doing/ready to do it and taking a toooooon of pictures and editing (props to my sister for helping me take pictures). But I thought it wouldn't take me more than one week but it took me two to three weeks or longer I'm not good at keeping track of time.

Yeah that's pretty slow....but I had a lot of arguments (with myself mostly) on whether I should do it or not but I finally decided to do it. How did I finally convince myself to do it? I told myself, people will either like it or won't, it's not like the world's going to end. Just stop putting yourself down and go for it! And I did and I'm pretty proud if I do say so my…

Long Time No See.....?!

Hey everyone! I hope you all have been well! I know I haven't been on in months and I apologize for that. I know I said I'd only be gone a month but instead it turned into 7 months! Gosh how time flies! Honestly not going on my blog felt so lonely and I missed it, so much.
Moving along, to those of you who are curious the move went well and thankfully me and my family have settled in nicely. But to be honest when we first moved in, it felt weird in a new home, especially since the neighborhood we moved into is very quiet especially at night verrrry different from where we used to live. But slowly we started getting used to it and I'm not gonna lie, what also helped is that we got a new addition to the family.....drum roll please...........
Meet Luna our new most treasured family member. She's barely 6 months and still pretty small but don't let that fool you, she's really feisty.
(But isn't she so cute? By the way my sister took this picture, all the credit g…

Bye For Now!

Hello, everyone! I'm sure most of you have noticed the silence on my end and I apologize for that. Especially to those who come to my blog and don't see a post up (only book blitz). And as much it kills me to say this......I'm not going to be on again until at least January or earlier, hopefully. For those of you that are wondering why, read on......
Apart from having college finals, my parents have decided its time to move (talk sbout stressful) and they've found a good place but moving isn't easy, especially on the busiest month of the year.
(Basically my room except I also have soooooo many toys and clothes, that I apparently just shoved in my closet.)

On a side note, for some reason I remember as a kid thinking of moving as an adventure, now not so much. Especially, when you come to realize that you're a hoarder and you can't possibly take everything that you have. So, now you see my dilemma....
(This is just one bag...didn't want to show the rest…

About the Book:
Title: The Quirky Take of April Hale
Author: Cathy Octo Publication Date: October 27th, 2015 Publisher: Blvnp Publishing Incorporated Genre: YA Contemporary Romance
Tall, dark, and mysterious—Ryder Black is everything a girl wants. The catch? He’s trouble. Naturally, he’s irresistibly charming. Surprisingly, he’s impressively academic, too. But it’s his knack for getting into fights that makes him notorious. Dorky, clumsy, and just plain odd—April Hale talks like Yoda, eats her food based on the day of the week, and prefers binge watching TV shows to partying. She has also spent the past few years eavesdropping on the Blacks’ morning fights. It was her daily routine. Until that one morning that Ryder catches her looking into his bedroom window… and she becomes all but anonymous in his eyes. Hell-bent on making contact, Ryder gets a sneak peek into the quirky world of April when she stuffs all of her fingers in her mouth and faints the first time he talks to her. She’s unu…
